- Some natural/health foods are really quite lax at posting nutritional
- information. Are we supposed to take the manufacturers' word that their
- products are "healthy"? One major offender is Fantastic Foods, Inc.
- of Petaluma, Calif. Their products taste great, but what am I eating
- as far as fats, sodium, protein, etc. are concerned?
