  13. I was interested in buying the NFG, but decided not to after having an
  14. opportunity to try one out at a local Nordic store.

  16. It's very expensive, and there are better products that cost substantially
  17. less. I was very disappointed in the product. It had a number of
  18. short comings, including the fact that there is no negative resistance
  19. on any exercises.

  21. In addition, if your goal is to gain muscle, or even if your goal is
  22. just to tone muscle, whether your are a man or woman, nothing is going to
  23. beat a good set of free weights and a weight bench, either in terms of
  24. cost effectiveness or results.
