- I first had tendonitis on my knee and elbow 6 months ago and
- I still have problems with them from time to time, especially
- if I over exercise. Stretching and working my quadriceps (my legs
- in general) helped a lot (I was having trouble walking and standing
- up etc. and now I can do most sports, just in moderation.)
- For my elbow, it seems like time is the only solution, working out
- made it worse, at least initially.
