- What type of activity are you doing to cause the problem? I had this
- problem a couple of years ago while training on my bicycle. The problem
- was finally tracked down to be poor positioning of the seat of the bike.
- Once it was adjusted, the knee pain stopped.

- I also had a problem with knee pain early last season. I am not sure
- what caused the problem, but a local sportsmedicine doctor prescribed
- Feldene (an anti-inflammatory drug) and it worked very well. I took
- it for 10 days and afterward, the pain did not return.

- If you can correct poor positioning or incorrect technique, that will
- probably help somewhat!
