- This is often true, but as always, be aware that the (traditional)
- realtor is legally, morally, and ethically bound the the seller to get
- the highest possible price for the property. The realtor is paid a %
- of the sale price, so it is in his own personal interest to sell the
- house for the highest possible price. Even a house your realtor tells
- you is not overpriced may well be. Check sales of like houses in the
- area on your own.

- a realtor. I would suggest a different strategy, negotiate for half
- the would-be commission in further price reduction.
