- Personally, I don't think I'd shoot at all (it'd mean going out
- and buying a pellet gun), but that doesn't mean I wouldn't attempt
- to fix the problem. If the cat repeatedly shows up on my property,
- causing what I consider to be damage, and though I've tried to get
- the owner to keep the cat away it still comes around, I'd file
- suit in small claims court. I figure aiming at the cat owner's
- pocketbook would be more effective than aiming at the cat's butt.
