- In order to add more fuel to the fire, my wife, working on
- her Masters in early childhood education, tells me that
- her "Health, Safety, and Nutrition" class was urged by the
- health department RN teaching the course to keep hot water
- heaters above 120 degrees to reduce bacterial growth.
