  12. In order to add more fuel to the fire, my wife, working on
  13. her Masters in early childhood education, tells me that
  14. her "Health, Safety, and Nutrition" class was urged by the
  15. health department RN teaching the course to keep hot water
  16. heaters above 120 degrees to reduce bacterial growth.
