- What you want is an "anti-scald faucet", which any worthwhile
- (i.e., real) plumbing supply house should be able to provide
- you. It probably won't be cheap, but neither is a trip to the
- emergency room with a scalded child.

- You might be able to swing a quantity deal with the rest of
- the residents, getting a price break and perhaps installation
- help. Worth asking, at least.
