  10. You may have seen my previous posting a few months ago about 
  11. refinancing a house with Pacific Fidelity Mortgage Co.  
  12. in Palo Alto, (415) 321-3333.

  14. Recently I refinanced with them when I thought that rates were the
  15. best that they would be.  Now rates have dropped even LOWER and they
  16. have offered me a lower rate WITHOUT any closing costs.

  18. Although my situation was a bit complicated Pacific Fidelity was able to
  19. get me a loan quickly and easily, and their rates are GREAT.  
  20. I would highly recommend going to them.  Their biggest advantage is in
  21. getting a ***very LOW rate*** without having to pay closing costs.
