- I'm told that if you can show that a specific covenant (ie. "No Pets")
- has been flagrantly violated for a long period of time and the HOA
- hasn't done anything about it that it can be considered cancelled by
- default or something like that. However, this probably gets into
- lawyers and court and all, and there goes all your money. :+{ You
- might want to chat briefly with a lawyer to get the details and
- present the HOA with a clear statement of where you feel they stand
- legally (and maybe they'll back off), but the opera's not over till
- everyone's happy.
