  20. I'm told that if you can show that a specific covenant (ie. "No Pets")
  21. has been flagrantly violated for a long period of time and the HOA
  22. hasn't done anything about it that it can be considered cancelled by
  23. default or something like that.  However, this probably gets into
  24. lawyers and court and all, and there goes all your money. :+{ You
  25. might want to chat briefly with a lawyer to get the details and
  26. present the HOA with a clear statement of where you feel they stand
  27. legally (and maybe they'll back off), but the opera's not over till
  28. everyone's happy.
