- Did you check the electrical code to see how much you are allowed
- to fill the conduit? It sounds like you are in violation of the
- code.

- I would suggest replacing the conduit (or EMT, if that's what
- you meant) with a larger size. See if the code will allow the
- conduit itself to serve as the safety ground *after* you have
- the conduit fill corrected.
