  12. I recently put up a post about using Pine for flooring.  Thanks for all
  13. the responses.  However, now I have another question.  All the responses
  14. I received indicate that Pine is soft and could be scratched and
  15. dented easily.  I suppose this is true if the floors were left mostly "raw" but
  16. doesn't a good polyurithane (sp?) provide a hard surface?  At least it should
  17. protect the floors from being scratched.
