  12.     Well, we received short notice from our roommate that he will not
  13. longer be living with us.  So, here it is, our ad:

  16. Lease:        unlimited
  17. Rent:        $235 incl. utils
  18. Location:    York St. behind KW Hospital
  19.  
  20. Single room available in a 4 bedroom house.  The house is located on
  21. York Street behind KW Hospital.  We are central to uptown waterloo and
  22. downtown kitchener (both approx 10min walking).  There are many stores
  23. behind us on Belmont.  Distance from U of Waterloo is as follows: 35min
  24. walk, 15min bike and 5min car (approx).

  26. The room is a large unfurnished room with a large closet and window facing
  27. west (morning sun).  Currently there is a programmer and musician (me)
  28. living in the house (and 3 cats).  We have a 28" Sony Trinitron, SVHS VCR and
  29. AV centre, full sized washer and dryer (no charge), 2400 baud terminal,
  30. large kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub, parking facilities.  The
  31. neighbourhood is very quite.  All utils included except telephone ($3.45/m)
  32. and cable TV ($3.75/m).  We also subscribe to First Choice (the movie channel).
  33. Oh, and the living room is very large with hard wood floors.

  35. We are looking for a quiet responsible person who doesn't smoke.  We would
  36. like someone who isn't just looking for 'a room' but would rather 'live'
  37. in the house with the rest of us.  We are easy to get along with and the
