  16. My brother and sister-in-law have just discovered that their car's frame
  17. is rapidly deteriorating and as a result they are DESPERATE to find a 
  18. new vehicle a.s.a.p.
  19.  
  20. The problem, of course, is money.  They can only afford to spend around
  21. $500.  They're not looking for a fancy car or anything, just something
  22. with wheels.  Preferably 4 door.  Year is irrelevant.
