I am thinking about starting a project that attempts to measure an ESP effect. Any expressions of interest are welcome. I only ask that those of you who would like to participate would be prepared to respond to a small survey initially followed by up to three tests.  Can you also let me know if you have netmail access (I can do fidonet here as well).  If there are sufficient numbers I will be in a position to email each of you a small information kit regarding the project.  After the testing and analysis t
