- Hi Jeff,
- Hey, it's great to hear from you. Glad to hear you enjoyed the snow.
- We enjoyed it more than we have ever before, as it stayed for over three
- weeks - a record. All that was because it was so very cold for so long,
- which of course made for excellent snow on all the mountains around here.
- Today, sadly, it's back up to 50. It was so warm I could jog without a
- shirt and be comfortable.
- Now that you mention it, I just figured out that this is my year. Does
- one do anything special about it when this is the case?

- OK, I give up. Is it grapes? Yes, having our kids talk is a great idea.
- I've finally got MacWoof sort of working, so I can let kids read the
- JR_CHAT and reply off-line, then send out the mail packet each night. I
- didn't get the High school student helpers I requested to help with
- telecomm, but we should be able to do some.
- I've still gotten no response from CA or ASIJ either, so would
- appreciate your relaying anything you hear from them about getting on
- k12net. It's past my bedtime and the brain has drifted off, so better
- sign off. Talk to ya later. ...Tom, La Conner, WA, USA
