Your system of organization is really a marvel.  Would you mind if I put the techniques on the K-12 Sp.Ed. echo for the readers there.  I think your ideas are really cross-curriculum, and in the individualized world of sp.ed. organization is the keystone.  I suspect this system even helps you better meet the needs of the kids that are struggling.  Soozi, K12 SpEd Moderator
