- Junior Achievement has a business/education partnership that
- focuses on teaching economics. The HS program is called
- Applied Economics, at the middle school it is "Project
- Business." In both instances JA provides books, computer, and
- (most importantly) an ongoing classroom relationship with a
- business person to assist the students in running a "business"
- with stockholders, real money, checking acct. etc.
-
- It takes considerable effort to get business financially behind
- JA if it is not already in your locality. But, it is worth it!
-
- E-mail to the address below if I can assist.
