- JW>Not to doubt you, but you are telling me that somewhere in Canada, it
- JW>gets as hot as Death Valley, Arizona, and as cold as the Northern tip
- JW>Newfoundland? A 60c range for temperature change is just a little too
- JW>exotic for me!
-
- Look up desert in the dictonary. I probably will have something on the
- okanogan. In the summer, you rarley get a high below 30c and if you do,
- it's because of rain. Right now, a ski hill out there has a 2 metre+
- base. I've gotta get out there and ski one of these days.
-
- Here in Alberta, we have more of a temperature range. It gets above +30
- in the summer and below -40 in the winter.
-
- JW>Actually, the only skiing that I do is Cross Country during PE at our
- JW>school. Sorry if it is any disappointment.
-
- You should try downhill skiing. You feel so free up on the moutians. I
- like to go back in the trees where nobody's around, and the powder is up
- to my waste.
