I'll have to answer this in more detail later.  However, have your dad try to get the address for ISS (International School Services) or to contact the University of Northern Iowa, as they hold overseas hiring conferences every year.  Those are good places to start.  A local university would likely have addresses for both places.

I'm keeping this short but will try to write again.  I give a workshop to a group of teachers after school tomorrow so I have some final preparations to do.  How much snow is in Kansas City, MO now?  When I was in Montana at Christmas I believe there was a report of a huge amount of snow.  Tsai Chien
