  14. I was given the opportunity do perform an independent lab project.  I am 
  15. interested in designing and building an optical bar code reader. (Like the kind
  16. in the supermarkets)  If anyone can give me advice such as where to look for
  17. some information on this topic (theory or examples) it would be appreciated.
