  39. Orlando, FL has had Cinema Drafhouses for at least ten years.  According to
  40. the guys in Orlando (this was 4 years ago), they had started a movie house in
  41. Dallas and were looking for other sites.  I don't know how they are currently
  42. doing but the idea for Houston would be unique.
