  13. I am having trouble with a pc hooked up to a sun through Sun's
  14. version of TELNET (from their pcnfs package) when running emacs.
  15. I want to be able to use the number keys on the keypad to enter 
  16. numerical data, but all that I get is control characters that
  17. send my cursor all around the screen.  Does anyone know how
  18. to fix this problem?
