- I am trying to generate X11R5 on Solaris 2.1 using the gnu-C compiler.
-
- Do I need any fixes, c.q. what changes in the config environment are
- recommended.
-
- Problems I have seen so far are:
- - no need for .sa libraries
- - lots of warnings from the gnu-C compiler
- - use of bsd socket library
- - use of bsd routines 'bcopy' end 'bzero' despite setting SVR4 parameter
- in 'config' files
- - core-dump's
-
- any suggestions are welcome.
