  23.    Next time you post, please include enough information that someone can
  24.    help you without having to derive your configuration from the symptoms
  25.    of the problem. Model numbers and OS revision levels at least.

  27.    If you are trying to use an Apollo DN series machine then yes, it is
  28.    impossible. Although there is a WD7000 disk controller board with
  29.    external SCSI port, this board will only drive certain types of tape
  30.    drives.

  32. Note quite correct.  The DN2500 supports SCSI disks including magneto-opticals.
  33. I beta tested this beast for Apollo a few years back.  It is the only DN series
  34. to directly support SCSI disks.
