  14. Don't forget the PEXEncodeOCs and PEXDecodeOCs functions in PEXlib.
  15. They might be a little bit cleaner and easier than poking around in the
  16. transport buffer or using pexscope.  Application changes would be required
  17. however to use the PEXOCData structure.
