- Hi netters;
- I know that the menubar is "supposed to" only accept homogenous
- children of type pull down menu. My problem is, my clients want a
- display like this
-
- -- /MainWin small | BIG
- ------------------------------------------------------------------
- PD1 PD2 PD3 Pd4 Help < _________> 75%
- -------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- work area
-
-
- I've got the menubarr set up with the pulldowns as shown above
- and enough space on the right to hold the "Power meter"
- it consists of left and right arrows, colored segments (like
- a tape decks VU meter) and the power value numeric displayed to
- the right.
-
- I've already got the power meter written (all subclassed on a drawing
- area) and attached just under the menubar. The clients want it ON
- the menubar. Is there some way to "fake out" the menubars homogeneous
- setting?
-
-
- thanks in advance, steve
