  49. I would complain (loudly!) at your OS vendor.  I run Microport's SVR4, using
  50. their Motif, and XFree86 for everything else.  XFree86 is developed on
  51. SVR4, using mwm.  I use X.desktop with XFree86 (actually, my wife does).
  52. I've built dozens of freeware Motif packages.  Never had the slightest
  53. problem.

  62. It's not XFree86.  I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one using Motif with
  63. XFree86 on SVR4, with no problems.  Given the reputation of your OS vendor,
  64. I'd look there first.

  75. and (b) I doubt highly that it's our fault.
