- : Hello All,
-
- : I'm using tvtwm from X11R5 at patch level 7. I have a line in my
- : .tvtwmrc file that reads:
-
- : LeftTitleButton "tie_fighter" = f.delete
-
- : This gives me a little button second from the left on all my windows
- : that I can use to kill the window. The problem is that when I click
- : it, the mouse cursor changes to the familiar stop-watch, the windows
- : dissappears, but the cursor does not then return to its normal state
- : (an "x"). Is this a bug? Is there a fix for it?
-
- : Also, on the subject of tvtwm, I'm having trouble setting the
- : icons for the buttons in the title bar. For example, in the above
- : line, I get a:
-
- : tvtwm: unable to find bitmap "tie_fighter"
-
- : (Consequently, I end up with a question-mark icon ('?') instead, which
- : is somewhat misleading :-))
- : Where are these icons stored? I've set all the paths relating to
- : icons in the ".tvtwmrc" file, but it doesn't seem to make any
- : difference. Are these icons (bitmaps) stored inside the "tvtwm"
- : binary?
-
- I am not sure about the answer to the first question, but the icons can
- only be those listed in the file
-
- /usr/include/X11/cursorfont.h
-
- The path may be different on your installation. This include file lists all
- the icons you can bind in your .tvtwmrc file. These are different from the
- bitmaps which are normally stored in a different file.
-
- : Thanks for any assistance
