  10. I am trying to get an application written with System 5 curses
  11. (on SunOS 4.1.1 if that counts) to run with mixed japanese and
  12. english language strings on kterm (version 5.1.0).
  13.  
  14. I've added the escape sequences to terminfo that tell kterm to
  15. go into or out of Kana mode, and kterm almost always does the
  16. right thing, but sometimes it doesn't switch back out of Kana
  17. before writing an english string.
  18.  
  19. If you have any experience (good or bad) in getting kterm to
  20. work with curses, let me know.
