  14. I am looking for a good Development Environment for X-Applications in C or C++.

  16. The development and runtime of the application should not be restricted to a particular
  17. hardware or Unix-version or WM or X-Implementation (like Motif or OpenLook). 
  18. The environment should be stable and easy to learn.

  20. What is the best and most cost effective ? XView, OLIT, Interviews, Motif ?
