- We are looking for a program to take one copy of a program and display
- the results in real time on all the other displays.
-
- Here is the situation:
-
- We are using Sun IPC's and IPX's (running X11R5) for helping visualize
- 3rd term calculas problems (fun stuff like volumes and surfaces). We are
- using mapleV as the teaching aid. What would be nice is during discussion
- sections the TA could fire up his copy of xmaple have it displayed on his
- machine and all of his students. So everyone could be looking at the same
- thing and not worry about having to type things.
-
- At the current time I wrote a crude script to capture a window, save it
- to a file and display it on all the machines. Something more interactive
- would be ideal.
-
- So does something like this exist out there or is it time to start hacking.
-
- Thanks in advance.
