- In O'Reilly's "R5 Update", an extremely sketchy introduction
- is provided to the X Color Management System (Xcms) extension.
- The chapter refers to a book that should have come out last
- spring that covers the extension in great detail. However, the
- book has been dropped by O`Reilly (according to one of their
- customer service spokespeople).
-
- Does anyone know the current status of Xcms and device-
- independent color support? Has Xcms been superceded by XIE or
- some other extension?
