  16. I am looking for X11 source code for a utility which will take
  17. the name of a window on another display, and then display 
  18. a copy of it on another display.

  20. I have compiled and ran an X11 utility called xwatchwin
  21. (and xwatchwin2) that almost does this.  It fails when
  22. the original window gets resized or iconified, and 
  23. runs by grabbing an image of the entire window.
  24.  
  25. I may have to write it, but it would be useful for such
  26. a program to force a complete repaint of the original 
  27. window, then catch these X11 events paint the copy.
  28. (at least to start with).   This may not be possible, though.

  30. I'd appreciate any information on programs that already
  31. do this kind of thing.  Thanks,
