- The source for Xload is on export.lcs.mit.edu in
- /pub/R5untarred/mit/clients/xload, and it includes several ways to get
- the current load average on some systems. The way that I do it (on
- Linux) is via the /proc filesystem. Makes the code much less
- susceptible to change with kernel revisions.
