  10. Is there any way to defeat the default X resource file search path?
  11. It is extremely difficult to modify X programs if it involves changing
  12. resource files---even if I keep a copy of the resource file in the
  13. current directory, the default X mechanism *merges* all the resource file
  14. it finds - from /usr/lib/app-defaults, from $XUSERFILESEARCHPATH,
  15. .Xdefaults, and $XENVIRONMENT!
  16.  
  17. Is it possible to force a X program to use only resource files in
  18. the current directory, and inhibit this merging of resource files?
  19.  
  20. If this is not possible, how does a X developer maintain and debug
  21. X resource files? (Edit the resource files in *all* the locations 
  22. on your system is an answer!)
