  13. I'm running the xnlock screen saver under Openwin3.0 / SunOS 4.1.1.
  14. My question is once xnlock is invoked, are all updates and
  15. refreshes of the "other" windows suspended and queued up?

  17. I had a large tar files containings some 3000+ files.  In a "cmdtool" window,
  18. I began to untar it with the verbose option set. I xnlocked the screen and left
  19. for the night. When I unlocked the screen the next morning, numerous lines flashed
  20. by my screen but it was still doing the untar.  The untar job should have taken
  21. about an hour.

  23. Are there any "xset" settings or whatever to prevent this problem?
