  14. I am trying to use a RubberLine in an application running under
  15. InterViews3.1.  The RubberLine never appears when I call Draw() or
  16. Track(IntCoord(x),IntCoord(y)),
  17. where x and y are Coords.  I have checked that the position lies within
  18. the canvas. Am I missing something?
