- A bit out of touch with the rest of the world, eh? DOS 5.0 introduced
- a workable screen oriented editor that most people can use without
- reading a manual. Where's the equivalent in unix? I happen to
- like vi myself, but it's frustrating to try to help someone over the
- phone who doesn't use it frequently (as it was with edlin). With
- DOS 5's EDIT I can usually just describe the changes and anyone who
- has used a computer at all can make them and save the file.
