  24. There exists a program, which will allow you to (given the name of the person
  25. and the name of the site .. eg University of Sussex ) find someone on the 
  26. Internet. It can track people down anywhere I believe, and provide an Email
  27. address. A friend of mine FTP'd this down, but then lost the file, and cannot
  28. remember where he FTP'd it.

  30. If anyone knows of this program, or an FTP site, or could Mail it to me I 
  31. would appreciate it.
