  18. in terms of support, availability through sales channels, peripheral
  19. support, applications, third party products, user training, sales training,
  20. marketing support, ......

  22. In terms of the Unix kernal and commands what you get from SCO and Dell
  23. are overlapping sets. With Dell's features skewing towards the new
  24. features of SVR4 and SCO skewing towards supporting it's existing
  25. customer base.

  27. If you *want* SVR4 buy Dell. If you don't need SVR4 then SCO has a much
  28. better product for most business users.
