  13. Under AIX 3.1, the updatep command took a -t flag to specify an alternate
  14. directory where files replaced during an update were stored.  However, in
  15. 3.2, the updatep command was subsumed by the installp command, which does
  16. not appear to have a similar flag.  The reason for this is that I would like
  17. to apply but not commit a fix to /usr, without having /usr grow in the
  18. process.
