- If anyone is confused, here's how to get those four posts into one document:
- 1) Save each of the four parts in separate files, or append in that order
- if your newsreader allows
- 2) Remove all news header lines from the beginning of each part (the From:
- etc lines)
- 3) You should now have one long LaTeX file (about 4000 lines). Each part
- was about 1000 lines. Run this through latex. I used LaTeX with the
- NFSS, but it shouldn't give any surprsises on the original LaTeX.
