- In point of fact, resolution enhancement is automatic. Any LJ driver that
- sends output to the LaserJet III printer (or any other HP printer with
- res. enh.) automatically gets the benefit of HP's efforts to make the
- 300dpi LJ printer look better.

- Most word processors can use HP LaserJet softfonts, so the TeX fonts are
- already available to you. Simply translate TeX PK files into LJ softfonts
- with (for example) PKtoSFP. Not a perfect solution, perhaps, but purists
- would argue it was better than a linearly scaled Type1 font anyway...
