  28. Yes, but this is not a feature of OzTeX, but of TeX the program. Anybody
  29. can build multilingual versions of LaTeX for Textures given the right
  30. hyphenation tables.

  32. There is no need for patches to understand 8-bit hyphenation table for
  33. foreign languages, this functionality came with TeX 3.0.

  35. TeX is TeX. With TeX 3.0, this became even more so. :-)
