  13. How do I get dvidvi to format a document two pages per side
  14. of 8.5 x 11" paper in landscape?  (I think this is called 
  15. "two up" but I'm not sure...)

  17. Looking at Gary Levin's twoup.sty, it appears that

  19.   dvidvi '2:0(-0.35in,-0.25in),1(4.65in,-0.25in)' old.dvi new.dvi

  21. should work, but it doesn't, at least not with Timothy Murphy's 
  22. recent (and appreciated!) port of dvidvi to the Macintosh.

  24. By the way, I've also looked at Timothy Van Zandt's 2up.sty but I'm
  25. afraid it overflows OzTeX's capacity (which I have set to the max)
  26. every time.
