- How do I get dvidvi to format a document two pages per side
- of 8.5 x 11" paper in landscape? (I think this is called
- "two up" but I'm not sure...)
-
- Looking at Gary Levin's twoup.sty, it appears that
-
- dvidvi '2:0(-0.35in,-0.25in),1(4.65in,-0.25in)' old.dvi new.dvi
-
- should work, but it doesn't, at least not with Timothy Murphy's
- recent (and appreciated!) port of dvidvi to the Macintosh.
-
- By the way, I've also looked at Timothy Van Zandt's 2up.sty but I'm
- afraid it overflows OzTeX's capacity (which I have set to the max)
- every time.
-
- Thanks in advance,
