  13. Is it possible to turn off the headings/page number on a page that is
  14. created by a "large" figure, i.e. a figure that is too big to fit on
  15. the rest of the page so that it is going to get its own?

  17. I tried all positions around my figure but it always turns the
  18. headings of the page before the "figure page" off. I want to omit
  19. \clearpage-ing the figure to force the \thispagestyle command working
  20. properly.
