  35. I am running on a different system, so I am not sure how what I am going to
  36. say translates, but I think that dvips wants the `.300pk' files. Try moving those
  37. into the directory listed in PKPATH or adding the directory in which those files
  38. reside to PKPATH. On my system dvips ignored everything that I told it, including
  39. TEXFONTS and XDVIFONTS (the path variables that told the machine where to look)
  40. until I gave it a path named TEXPKS with `.300pk' files. It seems that your
  41. machine wants those in the directory specified by PKPATH.
