- I would appreciate some help on printing .dvi files on an HP laserjet III
- printer with postscript cartridge installed.
-
- The .dvi file is the output of a simple LaTeX file (sample.tex). When I
- use dvips to convert it to a .ps file and route it to the printer,
- the printed output is grainy. In contrast, when routed to a NeXT 400dpi
- printer, the printed output is beautiful (as expected).
-
- I image this problems has something to do with the fonts that dvips uses,
- but I don't know where to start to solve it.
-
- I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help.
