- Does anyone know of some good sources of information
- on the HyTime and DSSSL standards? I am currently
- working on a project which involves processing an SGML
- document, and am researching the best way to specify
- such things as format and application specific information.
- The goal is to allow the author to use their own DTD
- with as little modification as possible.
-
- My current plan is to require a core set of attributes
- which would be used by the processor to identify element
- types. The format information would be maintained in
- a style sheet which would be merged with the document
- during parsing.
-
- I have been told that the HyTime and DSSSL standards
- are very relevent to this project. Any information
- on these standards, or suggestions on how to best
- achieve my goal would be much appreciated.
